Morning — 5:30 AM ET (30 min, primarily live)
Evening — 9:30 PM ET (30 min, staff‑led)
On rare occasions, the morning session may be offered as a scheduled guided practice using a prior recording to support continuity.
Recordings: 24‑hour access included.
Participation: Monthly (sliding scale).
Registration and payment via Zoom + PayPal. Zoom access details sent after registration.
